We repeat what we don't repair.

Updated: Feb 20, 2021

It's easy to keep on going and pretend like nothing's happened. Well, at least sometimes it is.

The problem is when we pretend like "moving on" means the problem is solved.

Now it has become an ongoing problem that haunts us day and night because we've decided to click the SNOOZE button and not deal with it.

When I was little, I would get very angry with my mom while trying to study Math together. Every single time, I would cry until it was already time to go to sleep. I didn't want to understand the topic. I just wanted my mom to tell me the answer and get it over with. As I grew up, the anxiety over Math grew bigger as well. It was not until I finally let my mom teach me Math that I stopped crying and getting panic attacks over my Math homework.
